高校科教用品免税设备管理系统的设计与实践

Design and Practice of Tax-exemption Equipment Management System for Teaching and Research in Universities

随着我国高校的不断发展和教学科研能力的提高,为保障教学科研条件建设所需,高校进口仪器设备的采购规模和数量均快速增长,而免税进口设备必须接受海关的监管。为做好免税设备的管理工作,该文结合免税设备管理的实践,介绍了免税设备管理系统的设计,在免税设备的审核办理、固定资产管理、在线实时监管等方面,探讨加强免税设备管理的可行性办法,促进免税设备在教学、科研效益上发挥出应有的作用。

With the continuous development of China's universities and the improvement of teaching and research ability,in order to ensure the construction of teaching and research conditions,the purchase scale and quantity of imported instruments and equip⁃ment in universities are growing rapidly,and the tax-exemption of imported equipment must be subject to the supervision of the customs.In order to do a good job in the management of tax-exemption equipment,based on the practice of tax-exemption equip⁃ment management,this paper introduces the design of tax-exemption equipment management system,In terms of tax-exemption equipment audit,fixed asset management,online real-time supervision,etc,discusses the feasibility of strengthening the manage⁃ment of tax-exemption equipment,and promotes the tax-exemption equipment to play its due role in teaching and research.
