喉部良性病变应用二氧化碳激光治疗的效果

Effects of Carbon Dioxide Laser Treatment on benign laryngeal Lesions

目的分析应用二氧化碳激光治疗喉部良性病变的效果。方法选取泰州市人民医院2018年3月至2019年3月住院病例中选择喉部良性病变的患者80例,采取随机数表法分组,对照组40例采取常规手术治疗,观察组40例将常规方式与二氧化碳激光治疗方法联合应用。评估两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗6个月、12个月后,两组患者有效率均显著增加(P<0.05)。观察组住院费用、手术时间、手术费用、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将二氧化碳激光治疗方法应用于喉部良性病变治疗中能够减轻患者经济负担,缩短手术时间,提高患者临床治疗效果,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of CO2 laser on benign laryngeal lesions.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,80 patients with benign laryngeal lesions were selected from the inpatients of Taizhou People’s Hospital,the control group(40 cases)was treated by routine operation,in the observation group,40 cases were treated by conventional and CO2 laser.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results After 6 and 12 months of treatment,the effective rates of both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The hospitalization expenses,operation time,operation cost and hospitalization time of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CO2 laser in the treatment of benign laryngeal lesions can reduce the financial burden of patients,shorten the operation time,and improve the clinical efficacy of patients,it is worth clinical application.
