不同更新模式下的传统商业街更新对比研究——以前门地区两条典型商业街为例

A Comparative Study on the Renewal of Traditional Commercial Streets under Different Renewal Modes:Take Two Typical Commercial Streets in Qianmen District as an Example

小规模渐进式与大拆大建式是两种不同的历史街区更新模式。传统商业街作为历史街区的核心组成要素,其保护与更新对历史街区整体复兴具有重要意义。本文以前门地区两条不同更新模式下的典型传统商业街——大栅栏商业街和鲜鱼口老字号美食街为研究对象,梳理两条街的更新历程与空间形态演变,并通过实地勘察与现场访谈就更新后的自然物质环境、文化情感内涵与功能业态活力对比。研究指出:两种更新模式各有利弊,应采用渐进式更新的同时加强多元群体的公众参与,并在此基础上,重视自然物质空间的保护、本地社会网络关系的维护和传统文化氛围的传承等多个维度。

Small-scale gradualism and large-scale demolition and construction are two different historical district renewal modes.Traditional commercial streets are the core components of historic districts,and their protection and renewal are of great significance to the overall revival of historic districts.In this paper,two typical traditional commercial streets under different renewal modes in Qianmen District,Dashilan Commercial Street and Xianyukou Timehonored Food Street,are taken as the research objects.The renewal process and spatial form evolution of the two streets are sorted out,and the updated natural material environment,cultural and emotional connotation and functional business vitality are compared through field surveys and on-site interviews.The research points out that:the two renewal modes have their own advantages and disadvantages,and it is more effective to adopt the gradual renewal while enhancing the public participation of multiple groups;and on this basis,attention should be paid to the protection of natural material space,the maintenance of local social network relations and the inheritance of traditional cultural atmosphere.
