集中式长租公寓公共空间集约化设计研究——以成渝地区为例

Study On Intensive Design of Public Space in Centralized Long-rented Apartment:A Case Study of Chengdu and Chongqing

目前国内集中式长租公寓公共空间设计多依赖运营部门的市场预测,存在设计功能配置不合理,空间组织设计不合理、空间利用效率低等问题。因此本文针对集中式长租公寓公共空间,以成渝地区长租公寓为基础研究公共空间发展现状。通过实地调研以及文献案例的梳理,总结长租公寓公共空间功能的等级化配置以及布局方式。并在此基础上研究公共空间的功能复合叠加空间利用效率,研究通过对长租公寓公共区域的集约化设计满足多样化需求的同时增加空间利用效率并节约管理成本的设计策略。

At present,the design of public space for youth apartments in China mostly relies on the market forecast of the operation department,resulting in unreasonable design function allocation,unreasonable space organization design and low space utilization efficiency.Therefore,this paper studies the development status of public space based on long-term rented apartments in chengdu-chongqing area.Through relevant literature and case analysis,this paper summarizes the hierarchical configuration and layout of public space functions of long-rented apartments.On this basis,the utilization efficiency of functional compound superimposed space of public space is studied,and the intensive design of public areas of long-rented apartments can meet diversified demands while increasing space utilization efficiency and saving management cost.
