摘要
为了降低棉纺厂能耗费用,高效利用峰平谷电价,合理调度生产,利用DF8003型能源监测系统获取大数据,对棉纺厂的前纺工序峰平谷用电分布进行分析,提出了改进峰平谷用电的方法。通过平移用电负荷曲线发现推迟平移1 h,峰值用电占比下降19%,降低电费4%。据此将前纺车间早班上班时间由8:00推迟到9:00,取得了较好的节约电费效果。认为:分析利用DF8003型能源监测系统获取的大数据,可充分挖掘棉纺厂节能降费潜力,为提高企业经济效益服务。
In order to reduce the energy consumption cost in cotton mill,utilize peak normal and valley electricity cost efficiently and reasonably scheduling the production,DF8003 energy inspection system was used to obtain big data.By analyzing the peak normal and valley electricity utilization distribution of the preparation spinning process in the cotton mill,the peak normal and valley electricity utilization method was put forward.By translating the electrical load curve,it was found that the peak period electricity utilization percentage was decreased 19%and the electricity cost was reduced 4%after postponing and translating 1 h.According to this,the working time of morning shift for the preparation spinning workshop was postponed from 8 o'clock to 9 o'clock.Better power cost saving effect was obtained.It is considered that the energy saving and cost saving potential of the cotton mill can be sufficiently exploited by analyzing and utilizing DF8003 energy inspection system to obtain big data.It can serve for promoting the economic benefit of the enterprises.
