改性明胶在高比例涤棉混纺品种上浆中的应用

Modified Gelatin Sizing Application of High Proportion Polyester Cotton Blended Variety

研究了改性明胶SX⁃3替代PVA在高比例涤棉混纺品种上浆中的应用。通过采用不同含量改性明胶SX⁃3的浆料配方进行浆纱,分析其浆纱效果,对比了改性明胶SX⁃3部分取代和完全取代PVA的浆料与原配方浆料对高比例涤棉混纺产品织造效果的影响。结果表明:用改性明胶SX⁃3完全替代传统上浆中的PVA,使得上浆后的高比例涤棉浆纱强力提高22.1%、减伸率降低至3.6%、织机效率高达到92%。认为:改性明胶SX⁃3能部分或全部替代PVA,用于高比例涤棉混纺产品的上浆。

Application of modified gelatin SX-3 replacing PVA in sizing of high proportion polyester cotton blended variety was studied.Sizing instructions with different contents of modified gelatin SX-3 were adopted in the sizing process,sizing effect was analyzed.Sizing instruction with modified gelatin SX-3 partially replacing PVA and completely replacing PVA and original sizing instruction on the weaving effect of high proportion polyester cotton blended products were compared.The results showed that modified gelatin SX-3 was used to completely replace PVA in the sizing process,strength of high proportion polyester cotton sizing yarn was increased 22.1%,elongation reduction rate was reduced to 3.6%and the loom efficiency was reached 92%.It is considered that modified gelatin SX-3 can partially or completely replace PVA and be used for high proportion polyester cotton blended products sizing.
