积极心理干预对青年脑卒中患者创伤后成长及主观幸福感的影响

Effect of positive psychological intervention on post-traumatic growth and subjective well-being of young stroke patients

目的探讨积极心理干预方法在青年脑卒中患者中的应用,验证其对患者创伤后成长及主观幸福感的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2018年10月—2020年2月在某三级甲等医院神经内科住院的114例青年脑卒中患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(57例)和试验组(57例)。对照组实施常规心理护理,试验组在对照的基础上实施积极心理干预。采用创伤后成长量表(PTGI)和总体幸福感量表(GWB)对两组患者进行评估。结果干预后试验组患者的PTGI总得分、GWB总分及各维度得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极心理干预可提高青年脑卒中患者创伤后成长及主观幸福感。

Objective To explore the application of positive psychological intervention methods in young stroke patients and verify the effect on post-traumatic growth and subjective well-being of patients.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 114 young stroke patients who were hospitalized in Department of Neurology in a ClassⅢGrade A hospital from October 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(57 cases)and the experimental group(57 cases).The control group implemented routine psychological nursing,while the experimental group implemented active psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)and General Well-Being Schedule(GWB)were used to evaluate patients the two groups.Results After intervention,the total score of PTGI,the total score of GWB and scores of all dimensions of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Positive psychological intervention can improve post-traumatic growth and subjective well-being of young stroke patients.
