5%环磺酮可分散油悬浮剂在玉米田应用的除草效果及其安全性 被引量:5

摘要 为测定环磺酮对玉米田一年生杂草的除草效果,确定其使用剂量及加入安全剂对其除草效果的影响,同时测定环磺酮与烟嘧·莠去津混用的药效及安全性。选择5%环磺酮可分散油悬浮剂进行田间试验,并与玉米田常用除草剂15%硝磺草酮可分散油悬浮剂、30%苯唑草酮悬浮剂、24%烟·硝·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂的防效作对比。结果表明,试验各处理对玉米无明显影响,从总草防效对比可以看出,硝磺草酮150 g a.i/hm^(2)处理与环磺酮105 g a.i/hm^(2)处理差异不显著,与环磺酮120 g a.i/hm^(2)处理差异显著,说明环磺酮活性比硝磺草酮高;苯唑草酮+助剂处理的防效与环磺酮105 g a.i/hm^(2)处理差异不显著。加安全剂的处理与同剂量无安全剂的处理防效无显著性差异,说明安全剂的加入对环磺酮除草活性无影响;环磺酮+烟嘧·莠去津90+450 g a.i./hm^(2)进行处理,结果显示其防效与环磺酮单用处理差异显著,且比烟·硝·莠去津720 g a.i./hm^(2)处理的防效高,但差异不显著。建议可以根据田间杂草发生情况进行环磺酮105~120 g a.i./hm^(2)与环磺酮+烟嘧·莠去津90+450 g a.i./hm^(2)交替使用,既可以保证防效,也可以延缓药剂的抗性。 The efficacy of tembotrione alone and in mixture with a formulation mixture of nicosulfuron·andatrazine on annual weeds and its selectivity in a corn field in relation to dose and use of safeners.Tembotrione 5%OD was compared with mesotrione 15%OD,topramezone 30%SC,nicosulfuron·mesotrione·atrazine 24%OD,which arecommonly used in corn fields.All treatments were selective to corn.Based on total weed control,mesotrione at 150 g a.i./hm^(2)and tembotrione at 105 g a.i./hm^(2)were similar.The activity of tembotrione at 120 g a.i./hm^(2)was significantly higher than that of mesotrione at 150 g a.i./hm^(2).Efficacy of mesotrioneplus adjuvant was not significantly different from tembotrione at 105 g a.i./hm^(2).At identical doses,adding a safenerdid not affect the efficacy of tembotrione. Efficacy of tembotrione was significantly improved when mixed with nicosulfuron plus atrazine(90+450 g a.i./hm^(2))and slightly higher when combined with nicosulfuron·mesotrione·atrazine(720 g a.i./hm^(2)).It is suggested that tembotrione 105~120 g a.i./hm^(2)and tembotrione+nicosulfuron·atrazine 90+450 g a.i./hm^(2)can be used alternately according to the occurrence of weeds in the field,which can not only provide adequate control but also help prevent the evolution of herbicide resistance.
