摘要
本文收集了我国粉煤灰化学成分和理化性能有关的近600个样品的数千个数据,通过数据统计分析,给出了SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、CaO、MgO、K_(2)O、Na_(2)O、SO_(3)等氧化物以及标准稠度需水量、强度活性指数、密度、体积密度等理化性能的变化范围及平均值;对粉煤灰主要氧化物和典型理化性能的变化特点和规律及其影响因素进行了讨论;对粉煤灰作为水泥、混凝土以及硅酸盐建筑制品原料的化学成分和理化性能特征进行了分析;对粉煤灰SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)含量与物相组成关系以及高铝粉煤灰、循环流化床粉煤灰、钾和钠含量较高的粉煤灰的应用进行了归纳;还介绍了一种基于粉煤灰化学成分和物相组成并与应用相联系的分类方法。
The research of chemical composition and physicochemical properties is the basis of industrial application of fly ash.In this paper,the chemical composition and physicochemical properties of nearly 600 samples of fly ash from China were collected.Through statistical analysis of the data,the variation range and average values of SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3),CaO,MgO,K_(2)O,Na_(2)O,SO_(3),ignition loss,water requirement of cement normal consistency,strength activity index,density and volume density were given.The variation characteristics and laws of the main oxides and typical physicochemical properties of Fly ash in China and their influencing factors were analyzed.The chemical composition and physicochemical properties of fly ash as raw materials of cement,concrete and Portland building products are discussed.The relationship between SiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3)of fly ash and phase composition,as well as the applications of high-alumina fly ash,circulating fluidized bed combustion fly ash and high potassium and sodium fly ash are discussed.This paper also introduces a classification method based on chemical composition and phase composition of fly ash.
