摘要
食品安全关系每个人的身体健康,随着国家的整治力度逐年加大,市面上流通的大部分食品已经能够符合食品安全标准。但这并不代表食品安全监管制度已经完善,保障百姓“舌尖上的安全”依旧任重道远。抽检作为食品监管的技术手段,对保障食品安全起到了重要作用。如何在大批量抽检任务中兼顾抽检质量,更好的发现食品存在的问题,做到靶向性抽检,需要各级食品监管部门共同努力,探索创新。本文就食品抽检靶向性不足的问题进行探讨,并提出改进建议,为食品抽检工作的开展提供参考。
Food safety is related to everyone’s health.As the country’s rectification efforts are increasing year by year,most of the food circulating on the market has been able to meet food safety standards.However,this does not mean that food safety supervision has been improved,and it is still a long way to go to ensure people’s“safety on the tip of the tongue”.As a technical means of food supervision,sampling inspection plays an important role in ensuring food safety.How to give consideration to the quality of sampling inspection in the task of mass sampling inspection,better find the problems in food,and achieve targeted sampling inspection need the joint efforts of food regulatory departments at all levels to explore and innovate.This paper discusses the problem of insufficient targeting of food sampling,and puts forward suggestions for improvement,so as to provide reference for the development of food sampling.
