摘要
随着食品行业的不断发展,食用香精在食品中的应用变得越来越广泛,作为一种非常重要的食品添加剂,食用香精能够对烘焙食品的风味带来很大影响,如果食用香精使用不当,就会导致烘焙食品的质量下滑。本文主要对食用香精进行分析,并结合实际对食用香精在烘焙食品中的应用提出建议,希望为关注烘焙食品中食用香精的应用人群提供帮助。
With the continuous development of the food industry,food flavors is becoming more and more widely used.As a very important food additive,edible flavor can greatly affect the flavor of baked foods.If the consumption of flavors is not used properly,the quality of baked food will decline.Based on the analysis of food flavors,and combining with practice,this paper puts forward personal views on the application of food flavors in baked foods,hoping to provide help for people who care about the consumption of flavors in baked foods.
