摘要
目前,在食品分析行业中存在很多分析方法,其中最为重要的分析方法当属气相色谱-质谱联用技术。该法应用广泛,可对食品中的农药残留及兽药残留等各种复杂基质进行有效的定性定量分析检测,以便能提高食品日常抽检中的检测效率,确保食品安全。
At present,there are many analytical methods in the food analysis industry,the most important of which is gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.This method is widely used in qualitative analysis of pesticide residues and veterinary drug residues in food,so as to improve the efficiency of routine sampling inspection and ensure food safety.
