摘要
基于NY/T 761—2008方法,考察了提取溶剂、氮吹终点、基质效应、提取方式和浓缩方式5个因素对苹果中敌敌畏、乐果、甲基对硫磷、毒死蜱、杀扑磷及三唑磷检测结果的影响。其中,氮吹终点的判断是影响检测结果的关键因素,氮吹过度会造成有机磷农药损失,氮吹不完全则造成检测结果远大于实际含量。氮吹不完全情况下,氯化钠是造成基质响应增强效应的主要原因。被考察溶剂中,乙腈提取效果较好,匀浆和超声提取效果优于涡旋,浓缩方式对检测结果影响不大。
Based on the NY/T 761-2008 method,the five factors of extraction solvent,nitrogen blowing end point,matrix effect,extraction method and concentration method have been investigated for the effects of dichlorvos,dimethoate,methyl parathion,chlorpyrifos,the influence of methidathion and triazophos test results.The judgment of the end point of nitrogen blowing is a key factor that affects the test results.Excessive nitrogen blowing will cause the loss of organophosphorus pesticides,and incomplete nitrogen blowing will cause the test results to be far greater than the actual content.In the case of incomplete nitrogen blowing,sodium chloride is the main cause of the matrix response enhancement effect.The extraction effect of acetonitrile in the investigated solvent is better,and the effect of homogenization and ultrasonic extraction is better than that of vortex,and the concentration method has little effect on the detection result.
