2022年北京冬奥会背景下我国冰上龙舟运动发展审思

Reflections on the Development of Ice Dragon Boat Sport in China under the Background of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics

冰上龙舟作为我国传统的特色冰上运动项目,多年来一直发展滞后和徘徊不前,前景不容乐观。随着2022年北京冬奥会的成功申办,如何加快与推动冰上龙舟运动的发展与创新已经迫在眉睫。运用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法,梳理并总结我国冰上龙舟运动的历史进程、发展困境,并提出治理策略。研究得出:我国冰上龙舟运动在民众观念上存在误区,宣传普及匮乏;政府和行业部门管理弱化,尤其是竞技赛事滞后;相关产业机制严重缺失,社会化程度低;项目推广理念模糊,硬件建设不足;把握机遇意识薄弱,文化底蕴迷失。并提出发展对策:充分运用现代化营销渠道与传媒方式,引领公众广泛关注;重视并且完善地方性冰上龙舟运动组织(协会),根本化解地域矛盾;积极开展冰上龙舟运动赛事,拓展项目产业空间;加强冰上龙舟运动的组织管理工作,优化硬件设施建设;通过与“冰雪+”深度融合,建立协同创新理念。

Ice Dragon Boat as traditional characteristic in China,its development has been lagging behind and stagnating for many years,and its development prospect is not optimistic.With the successful bid of Beijing 2022 winter Olympic Games,it is extremely urgent to the development and innovation of ice dragon boat.Through the use of literature and logical analysis and research methods,the paper sorts out and summarizes the course of history and development dilema for China's ice dragon boat sport,and puts forward governance strategies.Development dilemma:There are misunderstandings in people's ideas and Publicity and popularity are scarcity;Government and industry sector management weakened,especially the competitive events lag behind;Lack of relevant industrial mechanism and low degree of socialization;The concept of project promotion is vague and Insufficient hardware construction;Grasp the opportunity are weaking and the cultural deposits get lost.Development strategy:Make full use of modern marketing channels and media methods to lead the public wide attention;Attach importance to and improve the local ice dragon boat sports organization(association),fundamentally resolve regional contradictions;Actively carry out ice dragon boat sports events to expand the industrial space of projects;Strengthen the organization and management of ice dragon boat sports,optimize the construction of hardware facilities;Establish collaborative innovation concept through deep integration of"snow and ice".
