摘要
在厘清相关概念的基础上,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对体育教师专业学习共同体的特征与区别进行分析,并阐述了建构互联网时代体育教师专业学习共同体的必要性与可行性。最后总结出四条路径,组建不同目标的体育虚拟组织、混合学习的双线路径、校际联合与“晒课”的二元路径和“学科—专家—教师”三位一体路径,为提高互联网时代我国体育教师的专业素养提供解决路径。
On the basis of clarifying related concepts,this paper analyzes the characteristics and differences of the professional learning community of physical education teachers by using the methods of literature and logic analysis,and discusses the necessity and feasibility of constructing the professional learning community of physical education teachers in the Internet era.Finally,four paths are summed up,which are virtual organization of physical education with different goals,dual path of mixed learning,dual path of inter School Association and“sun exposure”and three in one path of“subject expert teacher”,so as to provide solutions for improving the professional quality of physical education teachers in the Internet era.
