摘要
生态环境与产业结构的协调发展是经济社会发展的内在要求。运用动态耦合模型,对广东2005—2018年间产业结构与生态环境的协调发展动态耦合规律进行综合评价。结果表明:2005—2008年间,生态环境的改善速度大于产业结构的优化速度,产业结构的发展尚未对生态环境产生负面影响;2009—2014年间,生产活动对资源的消耗不断加快,产业结构的调整受到生态环境的制约;2015—2018年间产业结构与生态环境的处于协调发展阶段,且协调耦合度呈向好趋势。
The coordinated development of ecological environment and industrial structure is an inherent requirement for development.This paper firstly uses the dynamic coupling model to comprehensively evaluate the dynamic coupling law of the coordinated development of industrial structure and ecological environment in Guangdong from 2005 to 2018.The results show that:(1)from 2005 to 2008,the improvement rate of ecological environment is greater than the optimization speed of industrial structure,and the development of industrial structure has not yet had a negative impact on the ecological environment.(2)Between 2009 and 2014,production activities have accelerated the consumption of resources,and the adjustment of industrial structure has been restricted by the ecological environment.(3)The industrial structure and the ecological environment are in a coordinated development stage from 2015 to 2018,and the coordination degree is in a good trend.
