Intellectual Property Protection of Jiangsu Handicraft Intangible Cultural Heritage under Innovation Driven Strategy

随着创新驱动战略的深入推进,手工艺非遗的知识产权保护也成为江苏省关注的焦点。从基于江苏省实施创新驱动战略的背景,选取手工艺非遗这一具体研究对象,探讨其在知识产权保护中存在的问题,倡导建立健全江苏手工艺非遗知识产权制度体系,多维多主体合作以及提高知识产权保护意识,旨在提高江苏省手工艺非遗知识产权保护水平,促进手工艺非遗的发展与创新,同时进一步提高我国文化软实力。

With the deepening of the innovation driven strategy,the intellectual property protection of intangible cultural heritage of handicrafts has attached great attention in Jiangsu Province.Based on the background of innovation driven strategy in Jiangsu Province,this paper selects the intangible cultural heritage of handicrafts as the specific research object,discusses the problems existing in the intellectual property protection,and finally,advocates countermeasures to those problems,for example,to establish and improve the intellectual property system of intangible cultural heritage in Jiangsu Province;to promote multi-dimensional and multi-agent cooperation;and to increase the awareness of protecting the intellectual property rights of intangible cultural heritage of handicrafts in Jiangsu province.Aiming at improving the protection level of intellectual property of intangible cultural heritage of handicrafts in Jiangsu Province;promoting the development and innovation of intangible cultural heritage of handicrafts;and also further enhancing the soft power of Chinese culture.
