摘要
通过对访谈材料的扎根分析和问卷调查,发现英语专业师范生教学能力发展经历了基础知识准备、尝试和发现、形成和发展、实践和强化四个阶段。在教学能力发展的同时,还存在实习过程中指导教师的缺失、实践课程的不足以及部分英语基础课程开设时长较短等三个问题。针对上述问题,研究者建议,学校应当增加英语专业师范生教育实习的次数,引导英语专业师范生积极参与课堂教学实践,适当增加英语专业师范生教学科研的训练。
Through the grounded analysis of interview materials and questionnaires,the present study found that the development of teaching ability of English pre-service teachers went through four processes:the preparation stage of basic knowledge,the stage of trying and discovering,the stage of formation and development,and finally the stage of practice and strengthening.In parallel with the development of the teaching ability of English pre-service teachers,there are also three problems such as the lack of instructors during the internship,the inadequacy of practical courses and the short duration of some English foundation courses.In response to those problems,the researcher suggested that schools should increase the number of teacher training internships for English teachers,guide pre-service teach⁃ers to actively participate in classroom teaching practice,and appropriately increase the training of English pre-ser⁃vice teachers in teaching and research.
