摘要
随着社会经济的发展,我国人才服务机构也面临着新的发展趋势。既要满足社会发展的需求,同时也要不断地进行改革与创新,尤其是在人事档案管理方面要不断地创新和完善管理模式,这样才能使其发挥有效的作用。文章将对新形势下人才服务机构人事档案管理的现状及所面临的问题进行深刻的探讨与分析,在此基础上提出具体的优化策略,从而使人才服务机构人事档案管理工作更加符合新形势下的发展需求。
With the development of social economy,China’s talent service institutions are also facing new development trend.We should not only meet the need of social development,but also constantly carry out reform and innovation.Especially in the personnel archives management,we should constantly innovate and improve the management mode,only in this way can we make it play an effective role.This paper discusses and analyzes the current situation and problems of personnel archives management in talent service institutions under the new situation.Based on the above,this paper puts forward specific optimization strategies,so as to make the personnel archives management of talent service institutions more in line with the development need of the new situation.
