摘要
目的:对院前急救干预应用于严重创伤骨折综合临床效果进行观察评价。方法:将2019年3—12月作为研究时段,在该时段内将泰安市120指挥调度中心救治的严重创伤性骨折患者72名作为本次研究的实验对象,对所有患者按照其护理方式进行两组随机均分,单组样本量设置为36。对照组患者在进行治疗时,选择常规院前急救;实验组患者在进行急救时,将优质全程急救应用于其中。对所有患者的急救效果进行评价,分析患者的骨骼恢复状况并记录,对患者在急救期间出现的各不良反应和不良事件分析组间差异。结果:与对照组比较,实验组干预后VAS评分、关节肿胀度均较小,关节活动度增大,膝关节HSS评分较高,且改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);此外,相较于实验组,对照组患者的不良反应发生状况更高,两组数据对比后差异显著,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对严重创伤骨折患者进行120院前急救时,医务人员需要从多个角度做好患者的安全管理,降低患者由于损伤而出现的一系列不良反应,保障患者的康复,有助于提高患者的治疗效果,具有良好的可应用价值,值得进一步推广。
Objective:To observe and evaluate the comprehensive clinical effect of pre-hospital emergency intervention on severe traumatic fracture.Methods:A total of 72 patients with severe traumatic fractures treated in our center from March 2019 to December 2019 were included in this study.All patients were randomly divided into two groups according to their nursing methods.The sample size of each group was set to 36.The patients in the control group were treated with routine pre-hospital first aid.The patients in the experimental group were treated with high-quality wholeprocess first aid.The first aid effect of all patients was evaluated,the skeletal recovery of patients was analyzed and recorded,and the differences in adverse reactions and adverse events during the first aid period were analyzed between groups.Results:compared with the control group,after intervention,the VAS score,the degree of improvement was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the 120 pre-hospital emergency treatment for severe trauma and fracture patients,medical staff should do a good job in safety management from multiple angles,reduce a series of adverse reactions due to injury,ensure the rehabilitation of patients,which helps to improve the treatment effect of patients,has good practical value,and deserves further promotion.
