摘要
针对攀钢钒三种低品位粉矿烧结性能的不同,开展了对钒钛矿烧结性能影响的对比试验,试验结果表明三种低品位粉矿对烧结矿性能指标影响程度差异较大。从对利用系数、烧结矿转鼓、烧结矿成品率的影响综合评价结果为:点石45中粉配比为6%时其最优,满42中粉配比为1%时其最好,筛加配比为6%时其粒度最大;对满42中粉与筛加,其混合料平均粒度均匀偏小;而对点石45中粉来说,其混合料平均粒度较大。总体看来,满42中粉配比宜较小为好,点石45中粉与筛加适宜配比在1%~6%。
In view of the different sintering properties of three kinds of low-grade vanadium ores in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group.,comparative tests are carried out on the influences of sintering properties of vanadium titanium ores.The tests results show that:there is a large differences for the influence degree of three kinds of low-grade fines on sinter performance index.From the influences to utilization coefficient,sinter tumble,sinter product rate,the comprehensive evaluation results are as follows:when the proportion of Dianshi 45 medium fine ore is 6%,it is the best;when the proportion of Man 42 medium fine ore is 1%;it is the best,when the proportion of Shaijia fine ore is 6%,the particle size is the largest.For Man 42 medium fine ore and Shaijia fine ore,the average particle size of mixture is uniform and small.For Dianshi 45 medium fine ore,the average particle size of mixture is larger.In general,the proportion of Man 42 medium fine ore should be smaller,and the proportion of Dianshi 45 medium fine ore and Shaijia fine ore should be 1%~6%.
