球团内保温管道传热计算方法研究

摘要 链箅机-回转窑-环冷机球团工程中设置热风循环系统对料层进行干燥、预热并加速氧化反应,该系统需要采用热风管道作为媒介,管道的管内介质温度比较高,管道材质要求及生产运行安全要求也相应比较高。为了实现安全生产,同时降低管道制造成本,需要研究一种准确的计算球团热风管道的方法,因此提出了一种球团工程内保温形式热风管道的传热计算方法。该方法对确定管皮温度、选择钢管材质等工作具有指导作用。 In the pellet project of chain grate-rotary kiln-circular cooler,hot air circulation system shall be set for drying and preheating to the material layer and fasten the oxidation reaction,hot air pipe shall be adopted as medium in the system,medium temperature in the pipe is relatively high,therefore the requirement of pipe material and production operation safety is relatively high.In order to realize the safety production,meanwhile,reducing pipe manufacturing costs,it is required to study a method for accurately calculating pellet hot air pipe,therefore,heat transmission calculation method of interior thermal insulation hot air pipe in the pellet shall be proposed.The method shall be the guidance to the works of determining temperature of pipe layer and selection of steel pipe material.
