摘要
介绍奥图泰ACT专家系统在河南东沟钼矿20000 t/d选矿厂选钼系统的使用情况,在DCS控制系统控制基础上,利用ACT专家系统扩大与完善系统功能,稳定系统运行。通过ACT开关测试对比,半自磨机台效从856 t/h提高到了889 t/h,半自磨机电耗减少了12.5%,基于在线品位分析仪和化验室数据的选钼回收率分别提高了0.5个百分点和1.7个百分点,提高了选矿工艺技术经济指标,实现了降低工人劳动强度,提高生产管理效率的目的。
This paper introduces the application of AUTOTEC act expert system in the 20000 t/d beneficiation plant of Henan Donggou molybdenum mine.On the basis of DCS control system,ACT expert system is used to expand and improve system functions and stabilize system operation.Through ACT switch test comparison,the unit efficiency of SAG mill is increased from 856 t/h to 889 t/h,the power consumption of SAG mill is reduced by 12.5%,the recovery of molybdenum is increased by 0.5%and 1.7%respectively based on online grade analyzer and laboratory data.Therefore,it improves the technical and economic indexes of mineral processing technology,achieves the goals of reducing labor intensity of workers and improving production management efficiency.
