呼出气一氧化氮在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中的表达水平及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2017年10月~2019年9月梅州市人民医院收治的60例AECOPD患者为研究组。选取同期在梅州市人民医院体检的60例健康志愿者为对照组。测定两组的FeNO、外周血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)以及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞水平。比较两组的FeNO、IgE、PCT、CRP及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞水平。结果研究组的FeNO、IgE水平均低于对照组,研究组PCT、CRP及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的FeNO产生和释放量增大,FeNO水平升高说明存在气道炎症,测定FeNO水平可预测抗炎效果。 Objective To explore the expression level and clinical significance of exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 60 patients with AECOPD who were admitted to Meizhou People′s Hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the study group.A tatal of 60 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in Meizhou People′s Hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.The FeNO,peripheral serum total immunoglobulin E(IgE),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and peripheral blood eosinophil levels in the two groups were measured.The levels of FeNO,IgE,PCT,CRP and peripheral blood eosinophil were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FeNO and IgE in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the PCT,CRP and peripheral blood eosinophil levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The production and release of nitric oxide increases in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The increase of FeNO level indicates the presence of airway inflammation.The determination of FeNO level can predict the anti-inflammatory effect.
