护理风险管理模式在提升围术期护理管理质量中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing risk management model on improving the quality of perioperative nursing management

目的探讨护理风险管理模式在提升围术期护理管理质量中的应用效果。方法选取2017年11月~2018年11月南昌大学第四附属医院收治的68例手术患者为对照组,实施常规护理;选取2018年12月~2019年12月收治的68例手术患者为观察组,实施护理风险管理。比较两组护理人员的护理实施质量、患者满意度,记录不良风险事件发生情况。结果观察组护理质量和护理满意度评分均高于对照组,不良风险事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施护理风险管理模式能够提高围术期护理管理质量和患者满意度,降低风险事件发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management model on improving the quality of perioperative nursing management.Methods A total of 68 surgical patients admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University during the routine nursing period from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the control group,and routine nursing was carried out.A total of 68 surgical patients admitted from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and nursing risk management was implemented.The nursing implementation quality of nursing staff and the satisfaction of patient between the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of adverse risk events was recorded.Results The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse risk events was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management model can improve the quality of perioperative nursing management and patient′s satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of risk events.
