敷料包装组长负责制管理模式在消毒供应中心的应用效果

Application effect of dressing packaging group leader responsible management system in disinfection supply center

目的探讨消毒供应中心敷料包装质量管理组长负责制的应用效果。方法选取2020年1~6月包装的300个相同规格的敷料包。按照操作流程的不同分为实验组与对照组,每组各150个。实验组采用敷料包装组长负责制包装的敷料包,对照组未采用敷料包装组长负责制包装的敷料包,比较两组敷料包的合格率。300个待灭菌的敷料包内容相同,两种包装材料规格均为120 cm×120 cm,都是临床科室使用的敷料包,在消毒供应中心敷料包装区内包装完成。结果实验组检查出现1个松散、1个破损、2个包装内容不合格,包装合格率为97.33%;对照组检查出现5个松散、8个破损、9个包装内容不合格,包装合格率为85.33%。实验组包装合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论敷料包装组长负责制管理模式的应用,显著提高了敷料包装质量,各类敷料包装的包装质量得到明显提高,有效提升了工作质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of the group leader responsibility system of dressing packaging quality management in disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 300 dressing packages with the same specification which were packaged from January to June in 2020 were selected.According to the different operation procedures method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 150 in each group.The experimental group used the dressing bag that the dressing group leader was responsible for packaging,while the control group did not use the dressing bag that the dressing group leader was responsible for packaging.The qualification rates of the two groups of dressing bags were compared.The 300 dressing packages to be sterilized contain the same contents and both pack material specifications were 120 cm×120 cm,both were dressing packs to be used by the clinical department,packaged within the disinfectant supply center dressing pack area.Results In experimental group,one loose,one broken,and two failed packaging contents were examined,the packaging compliance was 97.33%.In the control group,five loose,eight broken,and nine failed packaging contents were examined,and the packaging compliance rate was 85.33%.The qualified rate of packaging in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the management mode of dressing packaging group leader responsibility system has significantly improved the dressing packaging quality,and the packaging quality of all kinds of dressing packaging has been significantly improved,effectively improving the work quality.
