卒中单元护理模式对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复效果的影响

Effect of stroke unit nursing model on rehabilitation of cerebralvascnlar accident patients with dysphagia

目的分析卒中单元护理模式对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2019年2月~2020年2月大连港医院收治的98例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,用随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,每组各49例。参照组采用常规护理模式,予以环境护理、知识宣教、营养指导、鼻饲护理及用药护理措施。试验组在此基础上应用卒中单元护理模式。在干预4周后,比较两组的吞咽障碍康复效果,并应用问卷调查患者的护理总满意度情况。结果试验组的吞咽障碍康复总有效率为91.84%,高于参照组的77.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的护理总满意度为95.92%,高于参照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中吞咽障碍对患者日常生活有很大影响,施以卒中单元护理模式,有助于促进吞咽障碍康复,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of stroke unit nursing model on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,98 patients with stroke dysphagia treated in Dalian Port Hospital,Liaoning Province were selected.They were divided into reference group and experimental group by the random digital table method,49 cases in each group.The patients in reference group were applied of routine nursing mode,included with the environmental nursing,knowledge education,nutrition guidance,nasal feeding nursing and medication nursing.The model of stroke unit nursing was applied in the experimental group.After 4 weeks of intervention,the rehabilitation effect of dysphagia in the two groups was compared,and the total nursing satisfaction of the patients was investigated by questionnaire.Results The effective rate of rehabilitation of dysphagia in the experimental group was 91.84%,which was higher than that in the reference group(77.55%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.92%,which was higher than that of the reference group(83.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stroke dysphagia has a great influence on the daily life of patients.The application of stroke unit nursing mode in the stroke is helpful to promote the rehabilitation of dysphagia and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
