舒适护理干预对胃肠道手术患者胃肠蠕动功能恢复的影响

Effect of comfort nursing intervention on recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis function in patients with gastrointestinal operation

目的探讨舒适护理干预对胃肠道手术患者胃肠蠕动功能恢复的影响。方法选取2018年3月~2019年2月大连市第三人民医院胃肠道手术的104例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=52)和研究组(n=52)。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用舒适护理干预。比较两组的胃肠功能恢复时间、心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果研究组的胃管拔除、排便、肛门排气时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,研究组的生活质量综合评定问卷各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(7.69% vs.23.08%),护理总满意度高于对照组(88.46% vs.73.08%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预可加快胃肠道手术患者的胃肠蠕动功能恢复进程,改善其心理状态及生活质量,降低并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing intervention on recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis function in patients with gastrointestinal operation.Methods A total of 104 patients with gastrointestinal operation treated in Dalian Third People's Hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=52)and the research group(n=52)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and research group was given comfort nursing intervention.The gastrointestinal recovery time,mental state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The time of gastric tube removal,defecation,and anal exhaust in the research group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale in the research group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of all dimensions of the comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that of the control group(7.69%vs.23.08%),and the nursing total satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(88.46%vs.73.08%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention can speed up the recovery process of gastrointestinal motility in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery,improve their mental state and quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
