摘要
为了考察国内服务意识研究进展与发展现状,通过4种观点界定了服务意识概念,通过2条路径阐述了服务意识的心理结构,讨论了服务意识量表开发及其应用研究,以及其他有价值的相关研究与发现,辨析了服务导向研究与服务意识研究的异同,并展望了未来服务意识研究方向。
In order to investigate the research progress and development status of service consciousness in China,this paper defines the concept of service consciousness from four perspectives,expounds the psychological structure of service consciousness through two paths,discusses the development and application of service consciousness scale,as well as other valuable related research and findings,analyzes the similarities and differences between service-oriented research and service consciousness research,and prospects the future research direction of service consciousness.
