为了更详细地描述网络舆情,阐述并引入了层次划分的观点树构建的思想,用于构建网络舆情观点树,用观点树描述了网民观点极性、观点强度以及观点属性,开展了网络舆情事件的观点树挖掘实验,分析了实验结果,给出了相应的网络舆情观点树,为网络舆情管理人员进一步分析网络舆情事件、开展基于区块链的网络舆情决策,提供了参考。

In order to describe the network public opinion in more detail,this paper expounds and introduces the idea of hierarchical opinion tree construction,which is used to construct the network public opinion tree,describes the opinion polarity,opinion strength and opinion attribute of netizens with opinion tree,carries out the opinion tree mining experiment of network public opinion events,analyzes the experimental results,and gives the corresponding opinion tree of network public opinion,which provides a reference for network public opinion managers further analyze network public opinion events and carry out network public opinion decision-making based on blockchain.
