中国区块链行业人才供求现状及发展研究

Study on the Status and Development of Talent Supply and Demand of Blockchain Industry in China

近年来,区块链行业发展势头良好,发展速度快,已成为新一轮创业热土。中国的区块链在企业数量、专利申请量和融资等方面均位居全球前列。研究发现,中国区块链行业人才的学历供需相吻合、人才供需城市分布相一致,但人才供需不均衡,存在较大的需求缺口,未来3年内区块链行业人才紧缺度仍将持续增加,计算机、电子技术、半导体等行业或将成为人才需求的重点领域。建议政府大力推动区块链人才体系建设、高校积极推动区块链系统教育建设、企业建立区块链联合实验室来建立多方联动的区块链人才培养体系。

In recent years,the blockchain industry has developed well and fast,and it has become a hot-spot for entrepreneurship.The blockchain of China has ranked among the top in the world,including the number of companies,the number of blockchain patent applications,and blockchain financing.The research shows that the education supply and demand of talents are consistent in the blockchain industry in China,and the city distribution of talent supply and demand is consistent,but there is also a large demand gap.The results show that the shortage of talents in blockchain industry will continue to increase in the next three years,and some industries such as computer,electronic technology,semiconductor may become the key areas of talent demand.It is suggested that government should promote the construction of blockchain talent system,universities should promote the construction of block chain education system,and enterprises should establish block chain joint laboratories,so as to establish a multi-party linkage blockchain talent training system.
