高职现代化教育的基本原则和教学模式探究

Research on the Basic Principles and Teaching Modes of Higher Vocational Modernized Education

针对当今高职教育的教学模式存在单一性和同质化、缺乏多样性和有效性的问题,基于现代化教育的视角,深入探究和分析了高职现代化教育的基本原则和教学模式,指出高职教育需要秉持动态性、交往性以及体验性原则,并且要在保留原始讲解和传授教育的基础上,加入建构主义以及情境学习与认知理论的教育模式,从而提升高职教育,实现现代化教育改革,为社会输送更多人才。

In view of the problems of singleness and homogeneity,lack of diversity and effectiveness in the teaching modes of today's higher vocational education,based on the perspective of modernized education,this paper deeply explores and analyzes the basic principles and teaching mode of Higher Vocational modernized education,and points out that higher vocational education should adhere to the principles of dynamic,communicative and experiential,and on the basis of retaining the original explanation and teaching education,higher vocational education should add the education modes of constructivism,situational learning and cognitive theory,so as to improve higher vocational education,realize modernized education reform,and provide more talents for the society.
