我国应用型高校财会专业人才培养研究——以W高校为例

Research on the Cultivation of Accounting Professionals in Application-Oriented Universities in China——Taking W University as an Example

使用层次分析法(AHP)和SPACE矩阵对W高校财会专业人才培养进行评价,指出该专业处于向前发展的方向,但仍存在区域竞争劣势及师资队伍总体水平不均等问题,进而提出跨学科复合型人才培养、多元化教学手段应用和高层次教师队伍建设等努力方向。

By using analytic hierarchy process and SPACE matrix,this paper evaluates the training indicators of accounting major in W university,points out that the major is in the direction of development,but there are still some problems such as regional competitive disadvantage and low level of teaching staff.Then it puts forward some suggestions,including interdisciplinary and compound talents training,application of diversified teaching means,high-level teaching staff construction.
