阐述了高职道桥专业民族工匠人才培养的现状、定位和意义,提出了高职道桥专业民族工匠人才培养的途径,指出高职道桥专业要明确民族工匠人才的培养目标和途径,筑牢民族工匠意识,传承民族优秀技艺,开展差异教学,突出“精准施策”,培养道桥专业民族工匠人才,为民族地区奔向全面小康注入鲜活动力。

This paper expounds the current situation,orientation and significance of the cultivation of ethnic craftsman talents in road and bridge specialty of higher vocational colleges,puts forward the cultivation ways,and points out that road and bridge specialty of higher vocational colleges should clarify the training goals and ways of ethnic craftsman talents,build up the consciousness of ethnic craftsman,inherit ethnic excellent skills,carry out differential teaching,highlight the"precise strategy",so as to inject fresh energy into the well-off society in ethnic areas.
