不同水位梯度下引种芦苇生长特征变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 以芦苇为研究对象进行野外种植实验,设计4个水深梯度,通过挖低补高形成4个面积分别为10 m×20 m的岛状实验样地,样地之间形成一空水位梯度,枯水期岛面分别高出水面80 cm(D1)、60 cm(D2)、40 cm(D3)、20cm(D4)、岛屿高度差距20 cm。对不同水深梯度下芦苇株高、株径、成活株数、盖度、节间数、展叶数等生长指标数据进行相关性分析,研究水深和水位涨幅变化下芦苇株高的变化,发现芦苇株高增长量与水深和水位涨幅具有紧密的关系,进一步研究表明:(1)单月水位涨幅越大单月生长量越大,一是水文条件和植物生长随季节同步变化的结果,二是芦苇作为水生植物生长期需要水分补充。(2)适宜于芦苇生长的水深为10~45 cm。 During the dry season,4 water depth gradients were designed,the island surface was 80 cm(D1),60 cm(D2),40 cm(D3),20 cm(D4)above the water surface,and the island height difference was 20 cm.Under different water depth gradient of reed,plant height,stalk diameter,survival number,coverage,internode number and the number of exhibition leaf growth index data for correlation analysis,research the depth of the water and the water level or the change of the reeds on the change of the plant height,found a reed growth in plant height and depth of the water and water level rise has a close relationship,further research shows that:(1)the monthly water level rise,the greater the monthly growth rate,the greater the a hydrological conditions and plant growth is the result of the change with the seasons,the second is a reed as aquatic vegetation growth need to supplement moisture(2)is suitable for the growth of the reed depth is 10~45 cm.
