白细胞介素-26在支气管哮喘中作用机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 支气管哮喘是一种慢性支气管炎症和气道重塑综合征,多种炎症细胞、炎症介质和细胞因子共同参与其炎性反应的过程。白细胞介素-26属于白细胞介素-10家族成员,主要由单核细胞和T细胞产生,在不同环境可发挥促炎或抗炎作用,与多种免疫炎性反应和变应性疾病有关。本文就白细胞介素-26在支气管哮喘中作用机制的研究进展作一综述。 Bronchial asthma is a chronic bronchial inflammation and airway remodeling syndrome. Its inflammation is a complex process involving multiple inflammatory cells, mediators and cytokines. As a member of the interleukin-10 family, interleukin-26 is mainly produced by monocytes and T cells and plays a pro-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory role in different environment. Therefore, interleukin-26 is involved in a variety of immune inflammatory responses and allergic diseases. This paper reviews the research progress of the role and mechanism of interleukin-26 on bronchial asthma.
