框架面板式构型卫星冲击响应特性分析方法 被引量:2

A method for analyzing the shock response characteristics of a satellite with frame-panel configuration

摘要 框架面板式构型卫星火工品作动时产生的高量级、高频响冲击载荷会导致星上单机设备的损伤,然而板杆耦合的力学特性导致冲击载荷的传递及衰减特性差异很大,分析评估关键部件的响应准确性差.本文通过直接积分法和模态叠加法对框架面板式构型卫星进行瞬态响应分析,比对两种求解方法优缺点并分析影响计算结果精度和时长的可能因素.仿真数据表明,对于爆炸冲击这类作用时间极短、高频成分占激起响应较大比重的载荷,模态叠加法虽然可以通过截断模态选取范围,调整时间步长解决直接积分法计算量大、运算次数多、计算时间长的问题,但易忽略高阶模态、影响计算结果的准确性.通过与地面试验验证结果比对,直接积分法更适应于框架面板式构型卫星的冲击响应分析. The high magnitude and frequency of the shock load generated by the dynamic action of a satellite with a frame-panel configuration will lead to equipment damage on the satellite.However,the mechanical properties of the plate-rod coupling will result in a significant difference in the transmission and attenuation characteristics of the shock load.Moreover,the accuracy of the response analysis and evaluation of the key components are lacking.In this article,both direct integration and modal superposition methods are used to analyze the transient response of a satellite with framepanel configuration.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are compared,and the possible factors affecting the precision and duration of the calculation results are presented.Simulation data show that the effect of time is very short for this type of explosion shock,and high-frequency modes require a larger proportion of the response provoked.Although the modal superposition method can solve the problem of a large amount of calculation and long computation time by modal order truncation and adjusting the time step,high-order modes are easily ignored,which affect the accuracy of the calculation results.The direct integration method is more suitable for the shock response analysis of the satellite with frame-panel configuration.
