土地托管对农户家庭经济福利的影响——基于非农就业与农业产出的中介效应

Impact of Land Trusteeship on the Economic Welfare of Farmers’Families——The Intermediation Effect Based on Non-agricultural Employment and Agricultural Output

本文基于2018年辽宁省玉米种植户的调查数据,通过构建"土地托管-非农就业和农业产出-家庭经济福利"理论分析框架,结合线性回归模型、工具变量和中介效应等分析方法,从非农就业和农业产出的中介视角实证检验农户土地托管的家庭福利效应。研究表明,第一,土地托管行为能够有效的促进农户家庭经济福利水平的提升,具体表现为土地托管既可以增加农户的家庭人均年收入,也可以促进农户的家庭人均消费支出。第二,非农就业和农业产出在土地托管对农户家庭收入的影响中存在显著的中介效应,两种路径的中介效应占总效应的比重分别为39.06%和10.8%,而土地托管对家庭人均消费支出的影响路径中,并不存在中介效应。第三,除关键变量之外,生产决策者的家庭特征也是制约农户经济福利水平的关键因素。

Based on the survey data of corn growers in Liaoning Province in 2018,this paper empirically tested the family welfare effect of farmers’land trusteeship is from the intermediary perspective of non-agricultural employment and agricultural output by combining the analysis methods of the linear regression model,tool variable synod and intermediary effect in the theoretical analysis framework of"Land Custody-Non-Agricultural Employment and Agricultural Output-Family Economic Welfare".The research shows that:first,the land trusteeship behavior can effectively promote the improvement of the economic welfare level of farmers’families,as evidenced by the fact that land trusteeship can not only increase the per capita income of farmers’families,but also promote the per capita consumption expenditure of farmers’families.Second,non-agricultural employment and agricultural output have mediating effects on the relationship between land trusteeship and household income,and the proportion of the intermediate effect of the two paths is 39.06 percent and 10.8 percent,respectively,and there is no intermediary effect between land trusteeship and the per capita consumption expenditure of households.Third,in addition to the key variables,the family characteristics of production decision-makers are also the key factors that restrict the level of farmers’economic welfare.
