澳门水厂多水源条件下澄清与吸附工艺联用 被引量:1

摘要 澳门石排湾水厂建设总规模20万m^(3)/d,分两期建设,一期新建工程13万m^(3)/d。原水水质综合考虑西江水以及珠海、澳门两地水库水的水质特征,出厂水质目标优于澳门饮用水水质标准。水处理采用脉冲澄清、脉冲吸附和砂滤相结合的工艺,该工艺对溴化物含量高、季节性高藻低浊、氨氮和有机污染物波动大的微污染原水具有较好的适用性。粉末活性炭投加量灵活可调,去除有机污染物具有一定的弹性空间,处理成本相对较低。由一级澄清和二级吸附组成的两级脉冲澄清工艺,前后级作用目标各有侧重,相对单一脉冲吸附工艺处理效果更为稳定,在处理沿海由江水和水库水所组成的多水源时具有一定优势。同时粉末活性炭、消毒剂和混凝剂等物料的投加可能会对原水pH值产生影响,设计时应注意其变化。 The total scale of Macao Shipai Wan Water Plant is 200000 m^(3)/d,which will be implemented in two phases.The first phase of the new construction will be 130000 m^(3)/d.The raw water quality should be considered the water quality characteristics of the Xijiang water and the source water of the reservoirs in Zhuhai and Macao,and the quality target of ex-factory water should be better than that of Macao.The process of pulse clarification,pulse adsorption and sand filtration in water treatment had a good applicability to raw water with high bromide content,seasonal high algal density and low turbidity,large fluctuation of ammonia nitrogen and organic pollutants,but the peak value is not high and the water is generally in the state of micro pollution.The dosage of powdered activated carbon is flexible and adjustable,and the treatment cost is relatively low for removing organic pollutants with certain elastic space.The two-stage pulse clarification process consists of the first stage clarification and the second stage adsorption.The removal targets of the first and the second stages have different focuses,and the treatment effect is more stable than that of the single pulse adsorption process.Therefore,the two-stage pulse clarification process has certain advantages in the treatment of coastal water sources composed of river water and reservoir water.The addition of powder activated carbon,disinfectant,coagulant and other materials may affect the PH value of raw water,which should be paid attention to in the design.
