摘要
狼山水厂深度处理改造工程内容包括对30万m^(3)/d老系统的斜管沉淀+移动罩滤池净水系统拆除,腾出用地后新建30万m^(3)/d沉淀过滤和全厂60万m^(3)/d的深度处理。结合工程实施可行性选择了平流沉淀池+臭氧生物活性炭+后提升+30万m^(3)/d现状V型滤池/30万m^(3)/d新建浸没式超滤膜池的净水工艺。总平面布置充分考虑了工程实施过程中先拆后建,且须保证水厂30万m^(3)/d的安全供水。
The advanced treatment and transformation project of the Langshan Water Plant includes the removal of the oblique pipe sedimentation and mobile hood filter water purification system of the old system of 300000 m^(3)/d,and the newly built 300000 m^(3)/d sedimentation filter and 600000 m^(3)/d advanced treatment of the whole plant.Combining the feasibility of project implementation,the water purification process of advection sedimentation tank+ozone biological activated carbon+post-upgrade+300000 m^(3)/d status V-type filter tank/300000 m^(3)/d new submerged ultrafiltration membrane tank was selected.The general layout fully considers the dismantling and then the construction in the project implementation process,and the safe water supply of 300000 m^(3)/d of water plant must be guaranteed.
