摘要
西安市垃圾渗沥液处理应急工程采用均化池-两级AO-超滤(UF)-纳滤(NF)-反渗透(RO)的组合工艺,出水水质达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889-2008)要求。工程采用了纳滤浓缩液减量化物料膜系统及减量后混凝沉淀+化学絮凝的中浓液处理组合工艺,实现了浓缩液减量化。运行调试结果表明,在较高的进水负荷下,COD、NH_(3-)N、TN的去除率均达到99%,系统运行稳定,处理效果良好。
Xi’an landfill leachate emergency treatment project adopts a combination processes of homogenized pool-two stage AO-ultrafiltration(UF)-nanofiltration(NF)-reverse osmosis(RO).The water quality of the outflow reaches the Pollution control standard for domestic landfill sites(GB 16889-2008)standards.Combining with the actual situations in the project,the project adopts the nanofiltration materials film system and the combined process of‘coagulation precipitation+chemical consolidation’,which achieve the purpose of concentration reduction.The results showed that the removal efficiency of COD,NH_(3-)N and TN was 99%under high intake load.The engineering practice showed that the system was stable and had a good treatment effect.It is a practical engineering case for leachate treatment.
