摘要
废纸造纸废水经二级生化处理后出水COD仍然在100~130mg/L,色度(Pt-Co)在95~120度。项目采用芬顿-流化床工艺处理二沉池出水,设计水力设计负荷取值为35.8m^(3)/(m^(2)·h),经三沉池沉淀后COD可降至35~45mg/L,色度(Pt-Co)降到25度以下,满足当地环保排放要求。该深度处理工艺具有运行稳定、药耗低、污泥产量低等显著特点。
For waste paper pulping effluent,treated wastewater from 2 nd Clarifier still contains certain non-biodegradable COD about 100~130 mg/L,and chromaticity(Pt-Co)about 95~120.Fenton-FBR applies to the advanced treatment to meet environment demands,with design hydraulic loading of 35.8 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h).After post clarifier separation,final treated wastewater quality reach these values:COD 35~45 mg/L,chromaticity(Pt-Co)below 25,and meets environmental protection demands.Fenton-FBR has these advantages of stable operation,low chemical consumption,low sludge production.
