黔南官书局考辨

A Historical Study of Qiannan Official Publishing House

贵州地方文献资料大多将黔南官书局视为与贵州官书局、遵义官书局并存的独立刻书机构,但较少涉及其创办人、创办时间和地点等相关信息。为了解黔南官书局的历史原貌,通过对以往贵州地方文献注明为黔南官书局、贵州官书局刻本的书籍进行研究,发现其中黔南官书局、黔中官书局、黔省官书局、贵阳官书局、贵州官书局之间相互交替使用,从而得知黔南官书局并非独立的刻书机构,而是贵州官书局的别称。之所以将其视为独立的存在,主要原因在于忽略了“黔南”一词的历史演变,而误将黔南官书局中的“黔南”一词等同于今天作为贵州一个州县的黔南。

Most of the local documents in Guizhou regard Guizhou Qiannan Official Publishing House in the late Qing Dynasty as an independent book engraving institution,co-existing with Guizhou Official Publishing House and Zunyi Official Publishing House.However,they touch very little on its founder,founding date and place.In order to learn about the real history of Qiannan Official Publishing House,detailed study is conducted based on the documents marked as Qiannan Official Publishing House carving copy in local Guizhou.The study shows that the names of Qiannan Official Publishing House,Qianzhong Official Publishing House,Qiansheng Official Publishing House,Guiyang Official Publishing House,and Guizhou Publishing House are used alternately,so it is obvious that Qiannan Official Publishing House is not an independent one,but another name of Guizhou Official Publishing House.The main reason for people regarding it as an independent existence is that the historical evolution of the term"Qiannan"is ignored,while"Qiannan"in Qiannan Official Publishing House is mistakenly considered as Qiannan,a prefecture in current Guizhou province.
