摘要
目的:探究分析在女性不孕症诊断中采取3.0 T MR子宫输卵管造影的效果。方法:从2018年11月至2020年11月射阳县人民医院收治的女性不孕症患者中抽选12例作为本次研究对象,患者采取3.0 T MR子宫输卵管造影诊断和常规X线子宫输卵管造影,分析诊断结果。结果:本次研究所选的12例女性不孕症患者中,输卵管正常但子宫发育不良或子宫发育畸形的患者有1例,占8.33%;存在输卵管问题的患者11例,占91.67%,其中单侧输卵管堵塞7例,占63.64%,双侧输卵管堵塞4例,占36.36%。3.0 T MR子宫输卵管造影检查准确例数12例,诊断准确率100%;常规X线子宫输卵管造影检查诊断准确例数8例,占66.67%,3.0 T MR子宫输卵管造影检查准确率明显高于常规X线子宫输卵管造影检查,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.800,P<0.05)。结论:在女性不孕症诊断中采取3.0 T MR子宫输卵管造影准确率比较高,能够很好地诊断女性不孕症,临床诊断价值较高,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of 3.0 T MR hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis of female infertility.Methods:12 female infertility patients who were admitted from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were diagnosed with 3.0 T MR hysterosalpingography and conventional X-ray hysterosalpingography,and analyzed diagnostic result.Results:(1)Among the 12 female infertility patients selected in this study,1 patient had a normal fallopian tube but uterine dysplasia or malformed uterine development,accounting for 8.33%;(2)11 patients with fallopian tube problems,accounting for 91.67%,of which there were 7 cases of unilateral fallopian tube obstruction,accounting for 63.64%,and 4 cases of bilateral fallopian tube obstruction,accounting for 36.36%.3.0 T MR hysterosalpingography was accurate in 12 cases,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 100%;(3)Conventional X-ray hysterosalpingography was accurate in 8 cases,accounting for 66.67%,so the accuracy of 3.0 T MR hysterosalpingography was significantly higher than that of conventional X-ray.In hysterosalpingography,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.800,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of female infertility,the accuracy of 3.0 T MR hysterosalpingography is relatively high,and it can diagnose female infertility well.The clinical diagnosis value is high and it is worthy of promotion and application.
