脱贫攻坚背景下黑龙江省持久脱贫工作研究

目前,黑龙江省已迈入脱贫攻坚的决战决胜时期,在巩固已有成果的基础上,坚持持久脱贫工作对黑龙江省脱贫攻坚任务具有积极影响。文章旨在巩固黑龙江省已有脱贫成果,保障脱贫攻坚质量。在充分理解习近平精准扶贫思想的基础上,研究持久脱贫工作的现实意义,并根据黑龙江省的具体情况,总结黑龙江省脱贫工作的经验,探究持久脱贫工作的困难,并提出相关对策及建议。黑龙江省需要在政策、经济、教育等方面努力,通过提高政府的工作能力,实现持久脱贫工作的现实需要。

At present,Heilongjiang has entered the decisive period of poverty alleviation.Based on consolidating the existing achievements,persistent poverty alleviation has a positive impact on the poverty alleviation task of the whole province.This paper aims to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and ensure the quality of poverty alleviation.Based on an understanding of Xi Jinping’s concept of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper studies the practical significance of lasting poverty alleviation,summarizes the experience of the whole province’s poverty alleviation work according to the specific situation of Heilongjiang,explores the difficulties of lasting poverty alleviation work,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Heilongjiang needs to make efforts in policy,economy,education and other aspects to realize the practical needs of lasting poverty alleviation through improving the working capacity of the government.
