文章分析了新冠肺炎疫情时期高校图书馆存在的问题,通过稳定电子资源校外访问途径、培养复合型高校图书馆馆员、建立独特的微应用品牌和科学制定复馆工作计划几个方面的服务工作策略,以期建立良好的高校图书馆阅读环境。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in university libraries during COVID-19.The service strategies are put forward by stabilizing the way of off-campus access to electronic resources,training compound university librarians,establishing unique brand of micro-application and scientifically making the work plan for the restoration of libraries,so as to establish a good reading environment in university libraries.
