摘要
绿色建筑产业与其支撑环境的耦合协调有利于促进绿色建筑可持续发展.以陕西省为例,构建绿色建筑产业与其支撑环境耦合协调评价指标体系,建立熵权TOPSIS模型、耦合协调度模型,测算绿色建筑产业与其支撑环境的综合发展水平,明晰两者的协调发展程度;并通过灰色GM(1,N)驱动因素分析模型探究驱动绿色建筑产业和绿色建筑产业支撑环境相协调的要素.研究表明:2008-2017年陕西省绿色建筑产业和其支撑环境的综合发展水平逐步提高,系统耦合由拮抗阶段步入高水平耦合阶段,耦合协调类型由严重失调发展为中度协调,滞后类型由产业发展滞后型转变为产业支撑环境滞后型.产业支撑环境要素对系统耦合协调的驱动效果更加明显,因此,为推动系统向更高水平的耦合协调类型转变,可以从改善优化绿色建筑产业支撑环境着手.
The coupling and coordination between the green building industry and its supporting environment is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of green buildings.Taking Shaanxi Province as an example,build a coordinated evaluation index system for the green building industry and its supporting environment,establish an entropy-weight TOPSIS model and a coupling coordination degree model,measure the comprehensive development level of the green building industry and its supporting environment,and clarify the degree of coordinated development of both And through the gray GM(1,N)driving factor analysis model,explore the factors that drive the green building industry and the supporting environment of the green building industry to coordinate.The research shows that from 2008 to2017,the comprehensive development level of the green building industry and its supporting environment in Shaanxi Province has gradually improved.The system coupling has moved from an antagonistic stage to a high-level coupling stage.The type of coupling coordination has developed from severe imbalance to moderate coordination.The lagging type of industrial development changes into the lagging type of industrial supporting environment.The driving effect of industrial supporting environmental factors on system coupling and coordination is more obvious.Therefore,in order to promote the system to a higher level of coupling and coordination type,we can start from improving and optimizing the supporting environment of the green building industry.
