摘要
车用质子交换膜燃料电池在怠速工况下的启动停机过程是影响燃料电池寿命及制约其商业化应用的主要技术难题。结合现有文献及实验研究对某燃料电池汽车混合动力系统,分析了怠速控制要求,提出适用于燃料电池汽车混合动力系统的怠速启停控制策略,描述了燃料电池系统在控制过程的工作流程,并在Matlab/Simulink的Stateflow中搭建控制算法。经台架实验数据分析,验证其控制策略过程可根据整车功率需求满足燃料电池汽车怠速启停需求功率。结果表明,怠速控制过程可由辅助电源和车辆系统状态来实现,对缩短燃料电池混合动力系统怠速过程的启动时间和实现燃料的高效利用具有重要意义。
The start-up and shutdown process of vehicle proton exchange membrane fuel cells under idling conditions is a major technical problem that affects the life of fuel cells and restricts their commercial application.The article combined the existing literature and experimental research on a fuel cell vehicle hybrid power system,analyzed the idle speed control requirements,proposed an idle speed start-stop control strategy applicable to the fuel cell vehicle hybrid power system,described the fuel cell system in the control process workflow,and built a control algorithm in Stateflow of Matlab/Simulink.Through the analysis of the bench test data,it is verified that the control strategy process can meet the fuel cell vehicle's idling start-stop demand power according to the vehicle's power demand.The results show that the idle speed control process can be realized by auxiliary power and vehicle system status,which is of great significance for shortening the start time of the fuel cell hybrid power system idle speed process and achieving efficient fuel utilization.
