摘要
针对中点箝位型三电平双有源桥直流变换器(three-level neutral point diode clamped dual active bridge,TLNPC DAB)提出了一种基于脉冲宽度调制加移相控制(pulse width modulation phase shift,PWMPS)的电流有效值优化调制策略。通过对变换器划分开关模式,分析各开关模式下工作特性,推导出优化调制策略下控制变量间的最优关系表达式。该调制策略在控制系统电流有效值达到最小的同时使所有开关管实现软开关,从而减小了损耗,提高了变换器的效率。实验结果验证了所提调制策略的有效性。
The current root-mean-square(RMS)optimization modulation strategy based on pulse width modulation phase shift(PWMPS)control was proposed,aiming at three-level neutral point diode clamped dual active bridge(TL-NPC DAB).By dividing the switching mode of the converter,the operating characteristics of each switching mode were analyzed,and the optimal relationship expression between the control variables under the optimized modulation strategy was derived.This modulation strategy can achieve the minimum RMS current of the control system while all the switch tubes can realize soft switching,thereby reducing losses and improving the efficiency of the converter.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategy.
