两种设备在经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术式上的有效性和安全性比较 被引量:3

Comparison of the safety and efficacy of two devices in bipolar transurethral plasma kinetic prostatectomy

摘要 目的:对比国产等离子能量平台与进口等离子能量平台治疗良性前列腺增生的安全性及有效性。方法:本实验为前瞻性研究,共收集137例(进口设备组65例,选用奥林巴斯器械UES-40;国产设备组72例,选用美创器械,PLA-600)良性前列腺增生患者临床资料,比较两组患者前列腺体积、残余尿量、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量指数评分(QOL)、手术时间、术中失血量、切割组织重量、术后行膀胱冲洗时间、留置尿管时间、及输血、尿路感染、膀胱颈挛缩等情况。结果:两组患者术中手术时间及切割效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进口设备组手术时间更短,切割效率更高。术中失血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间、留置尿管时间、术后住院天数、输血等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后3月、6月IPSS评分、QOL评分、B超残余尿量测定均较术前降低(P<0.05),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于良性前列腺增生的治疗,两种等离子能量平台都有良好的治疗效果,且国产设备与进口设备安全性与有效性相当。 Objective:To compare the safety and efficacy of a novel Chinese plasma energy platform and conventional plasma energy platform in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:This prospective study had collected clinical data of 137 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(65 cases in control group treated with Olympus UES-40 and 72 cases in novel equipment group with Meichuang PLA-600).Prostate volume,post-void residual volume,international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life index score(QOL),operation time,intraoperative blood loss,tissue weight of cut tissue,time of bladder irrigation after operation,time of indwelling catheter,blood transfusion,urinary tract infection,bladder neck contracture,etc.,were compared between the two groups.Results:Similar outcomes was found between the two platforms in intraoperative blood loss,time of bladder irrigation after operation,time of indwelling catheter,postoperative hospitalization days,and blood transfusion(P>0.05).There was significant difference only in operation time and cutting efficiency between the two groups(P<0.05).In both groups,the IPSS scores,QOL scores,and postvoid residual volume of three months and six months after operation were lower than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,two kinds of plasma energy platform have good therapeutic effect,and the safety and effectiveness between the two equipments is equivalent.
